Export Training

We run training courses for exporters through Chambers of Commerce and other government organisations in Hampshire and the South of England and can also make these available to companies internally:

Selecting and Managing Overseas partners
Exporting companies need overseas partners to perform a number of roles for them depending on the product or service, local market conditions and the resources available to the company itself. The course/workshop covers all of the important aspects of setting up and managing an overseas partner network, the various types of partner including agents and distributors, strategic alliances, licensing and franchising and how each works. The course looks at how to find partners, contracts, pricing, discounts and margins, motivating partners for success and how companies need to support their partner networks.

International web marketing
The course/workshop gives delegates an overview of the opportunities for companies to market themselves internationally via the internet. It covers the diversity of the global internet and the various ways companies can use web sites and internet services to create and support their international growth. The subjects covered are web site translation and localisation, multilingual search marketing (SEO and PPC), email marketing, affiliate marketing, online advertising and global social media. Following the course delegates will be able to plan their international web marketing activity and understand what the various suppliers are offering. It will give them an idea of costs and what they can feasibly expect to do in-house.
